They say American women want to marry a cowboy, but buy their food from a farmer. That kinda made me open my eyes, ‘cause number one, I do not feel I’m a cowboy — I’m a rancher. And in reality — I’m a farmer. I farm grass to put pounds of weight on cattle. So, that’s one way I’ve always looked at it. We’re trying to produce a non-digestible protein into a digestible protein. So, in reality, when we look at it, we’re farmers too — we’re farmin’ the grass.
